Zur letzten Auswertung hatte ich eine Frage an Roland:

despite only holding 9,62 Percent of the shares of NYC?
Da ich Spieler 7 (logischerweise
) ausspioniert hatte konnte ich seinen genauen Prozentsatz sehen. Dass er Direktor der NYC ist ist ja allgemein sichtbar. Hier Rolands Antwort:

I was reading again the rules about this a few days ago.
The "director" status is an information that I read in the game database.
The % owned is calculated afterwards by my report generating program.
There is a difference in the result if you take into accound the "issued
stock" or the "total stock", the later including "treasury stock".
Directorship should take into account only the "issued stock" as per
rule '4.14'.
I have checked my program, and in the current version I was using the
wrong formula (after having used the proper one before), so I just put
back everything in order.

Die Relevanz ist zugegeben begrenzt. Als Direktor bekommt er Mogulpunkte und außerdem, sollte er seine PG in die NYC fusionieren, noch 10% der PG-Aktien was ihm aber auch nicht helfen wird die Kontrolle über die NYC zu übernehmen. Trotzdem sollte es richtig laufen.
So kann nman sich täuschen.

Jetzt hat Spieler 7 die Kontrolle doch übernommen. Er hat wohl noch ein paar NYC-Aktien über die Börse gekauft.
